Executive Director Cadence Lee

Cadence is a two-time graduate of Brown University (A.B. ’18, Sc.M. ’21) and a former USA National Champion and World Team Member. After stepping away from her competitive wrestling career to pursue academic excellence, she has dedicated herself to ensuring that future generations of women wrestlers never have to choose between one or the other - they can have both! As the Executive Director of the Women’s Wrestling program, Cadence leads with vision and purpose, expanding opportunities and access for women in the sport. She also serves as a coach, bringing elite-level experience and mentorship to the mat. Cadence is currently pursuing her M.D. at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.
